What are the various types and roles in Mojo

You may setup your Mojo team for how it works for your business; the Mojo subscription rate scale is based on the number of users and features not the types of users you have.

This table breaks out the three different user access levels in Mojo:

  • Deleting calling profiles
  • Assigning records to a List
  • Sharing Lists
  • Edit/Add/Delete Misc. Fields
  • Access to Reports
  • Access to Call Recordings
  • Required to have a calling profile assigned to be able to dial.

 

All Data, except

 

Lists, unless it is shared with the Sales Rep

Groups, unless it is assigned to their Manager
