DNC Search by Name or Number

Use the following procedure to find a contact record that is on your DNC list:

  1. Click the Settings button located by clicking Menu on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click the Data Management/DNC on the left menu, and then click on the DNC Scrubbing link.
  3. Enter a phone number string in the Search field to locate your record(s)
