Call Recording Feature

Call Recording is an optional Mojo Power Dialer addon feature that allows you to perform quality assurance checks on your staff. With this feature, calls with the last call result of Contact, DNC Contact and DNC Number are recorded and saved.

Use the following procedure to add the Call Recording feature to your account:

  1. Login with an owner's account.
  2. Click the Account link located by clicking Menu on the bottom left.
  3. Click on the Subscriptions link on the left menu, and then click the plus + button to add the recording feature. 
  4. You will then be prompted to select which agent you would like to add this subscription to.
  5. To Assign to a different agent, select the Agents Tab on the left, click on the Agent name that currently has the Call Recording and deselect the check box for Call recording. You will be prompted to remove or assign this feature. 

The Call Recording feature can be switched to your different agents as needed for full coverage quality assurance. 
After calls are recorded during Power Dialing, the recordings can be accessed from the Reports menu under the Call Recording icon or from within the individual records that had their calls recorded.
