Top Producer

Mojo's integration with Top Producer allows you to send records to your Top Producer account. Please note, at this time, Top Producer does not allow the seamless data push from their platform to ours in their integration. Therefore, a manual export is required to bring Top Producer data in to Mojo. 

Use the following procedure to connect your Mojo Web and Top Producer accounts:

Top Producer 8i Setup

  1. Login to your Top Producer account.
  2. Select the down arrow next to your Name in the upper right corner.
  3. Select the Settings menu item.
  4. Click the Contacts tab. 
  5. Click the Lead Setup button. 
  6. Click the Add Lead Provider link. 
  7. Select or enter the Mojo Lead Provider credentials (
  8. and click the Add Lead Provider button. 

    • Lead provider name: Other
    • URL:
    • Username:  Email Address used for Mojo login
    • Password:  Password used for Mojo login
    • Confirm Password:  Password used for Mojo login

**Please note: Top Producers interface may change and therefore instructions my not be accurate. Please contact Top Producer support for assistance with setting this part up**

After the Top Producer setup is complete, use the following procedure to configure Mojo Web:

Mojo Web Setup

  1. Login to your Mojo Web account.
  2. Click the Integrations option located by clicking Menu on the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Select Top Producer on the left menu.
  4. Select the Show Top Producer export button checkbox.

Exporting from Mojo Web to Top Producer

After the setup is complete, the Top Producer button will be displayed on each contact record.  

Use the following procedure to export a contact to Top Producer:

  1. Open a contact record.
  2. Click the Actions button located towards the top left of the contact record.
  3. Click the Top Producer button.
  4. You may now view the contact in your Top Producer account. 

    Top Producer FAQ
  • Why are exported leads classified "Buyers" in Top Producer?   This is a characteristic of the Top Producer API, and currently we cannot control how the leads are categorized after they leave our system. According to Top Producer, this is slated to be corrected in the future, but they don't have an ETA at this time.  
  • Why is Mojo's Full Name data field mapped to only Top Producer's First Name field?  Currently this is the way the export was designed; we are looking into ways to change the mapping so it is more compatible with Top Producer's design (no ETA at this time).
