Creating an Action Plan

  1. Click the Settings button located by clicking Menu on the bottom left of your Mojo screen.
  2. Click the Action Plans tab located on the left.
  3. In the Action Plans area, click the create button.

Step 1:

  1. Name your Action Plan
  2. Choose your scheduling type, Frequency Based or Date Based
  3. Choose your scheduling Logic, Non-Strict Order or Strict Order
  4. Weekend Option, whether you want Actions to be scheduled on Weekends

Step 2:

  1. Select your Action Steps, Follow Up Calls, Drip Emails, Tasks, Printing Letters or Printing labels.
  2. You can combine multiple different steps or have the Action Plan be all one Action Step type.
  3. Choose when you want the steps to take place; frequency based would be based off of intervals of days whereas data based would be selecting a specific date for the step to take place.
  4. Optional: select a manager you would like specific steps to be assigned to.

Step 3:

  1. Select whether or not you want your Action Plan to have a trigger. A trigger is when an Action Plan is automatically assigned to contact(s) when added to a Properties Calling List, Calling List or a Group.
  2. You can choose from an existing Property Calling list, Calling List or Group.
  3. There is also an option to create a new Calling list or Group on the fly.
  4. Select whether you would want the contact(s) to be removed from the Action Plan if they no longer are a part of the trigger.

Step 4:

  1. Select your end logic, how you want contacts handled once the Action Plan has finished.
  2. You can repeat the Action Plan and choose when you would like it to begin again.
  3. The Action Plan can automatically start a new Action Plan that you have previously set up.
  4. Assign to a group once the Action Plan is finished.
